7 Migrants Arrested After Setting Sleeping Homeless Man on Fire

Germany has had a really horrible week — and an equally horrible year. Just last week Berlin was rocked by a terror attack that killed 12 people, and all year long the country has been dealing with an upsurge in violence committed by migrants.

The latest horrific crime committed by those Germany has let in happened on Christmas Eve. A group of seven migrants set fire to a homeless man in a Berlin subway station, the U.K. Daily Mail reported.

The seven perpetrators ranged in age from 15 to 21. Six of them were from Libya and one from Syria. All seven were arrested by police after surveillance footage of them was released to the public.

Thankfully, the man they attacked survived, thanks to the assistance of those around him.

The U.K. Express noted that all of the perpetrators were previously known to the police. That has been an unfortunate common occurrence with these attacks: More often than not the police already knew that the perpetrators were violent individuals.

The seven men have been charged with attempted murder. It was believed that the 21-year-old was the main instigator of the attack, the BBC reported.

All of these men came to Germany between 2014 and 2016 as refugees. Germany was willing to take them in, and they repaid that kindness by attempting to kill someone.

Far too many people in Germany, and in Europe in general, have been killed or seriously injured by refugees over the past few years. It’s time for European leaders to put their own people first and to stop putting their citizens in danger.

Thankfully, America elected Donald Trump, who has vowed to put America first and not let in anyone into this country from the war-torn areas of the Middle East who doesn’t pass “extreme vetting.”
