The Clinton News Network has hit a new much-deserved low in its ratings, which according to reports have dropped lower than those of home improvement network HGTV.
“The escapist appeal of looking at other people’s beautiful homes turned Home & Garden Television into the third most-watched cable network in 2016, ahead of CNN and behind only Fox News and ESPN,” Bloomberg reported.
Apparently the American people preferred learning new home improvement tips to being fed the Democrat Party-sponsored propaganda of CNN and its deliriously liberal hosts. Surprise, surprise.
Twitter’s conservative users found this news quite interesting:

CNN falls to HGTV in ratings. How great is that?! https://t.co/UaPfhDezR8

While folks preferred HGTV to CNN, they preferred Fox News’ “fair and balanced” news coverage above all else. According to Adweek, Fox “finished 2016 as the most-watched basic cable network in prime time and total day, a first for the network.”
As for CNN, perhaps its president should consider easing up on his network’s bias, though judging by what he told The Wall Street Journal six months ago, he barely even recognized that the network even had a problem.
“I think it was a legitimate criticism of CNN that it was a little too liberal,” company president Jeff Zucker said at the time.
“A little too liberal”? Yeah, and Hillary Clinton is just a little too corrupt …
Conservative critics of course thought they’d do things differently if they were in charge:

“We have added many more middle-of-the-road conservative voices to an already strong stable of liberal voices,” Zucker added. “And I think that we are a much more balanced network and, as a result, a much more inviting network.”
He thought wrong, and the litany of CNN-related scandals that broke out during the 2016 election cycle — all of which showed that his hosts were little more then Democrat Party spokespeople — should have demonstrated that to him.
Granted, the network did receive a bit of good news: It reportedly experienced its most-watched year ever, though sadly its viewership numbers were still far below those of Fox News.
